Devalia Park Gypsy Safari offers a convenient wildlife experience within the Gir Interpretation Zone near Sasan Gir, Gujarat. The safari takes visitors through designated wildlife routes in an open Gypsy vehicle, providing an opportunity to experience the landscape and wildlife of the Gir region.
The Devalia Interpretation Zone covers approximately 412 hectares and represents different habitats and wildlife associated with Gir. Visitors may encounter Asiatic lions, Indian leopards, spotted deer, sambar, blue bulls, blackbuck, wild boar, Indian golden jackals, jungle cats, vultures and a variety of bird species.
The Gypsy safari operates through designated routes and is accompanied by an eco-guide. Wildlife sightings depend on natural animal movement and environmental conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
The safari operates in multiple seasonal time slots. Devalia Safari Park remains closed every Wednesday. Visitors should carry the required identity documents and valid e-Permit and report at the designated boarding point before the scheduled safari.

How to Book Your Gir Safari Permit Directly
Under Gujarat Forest Department regulations, official e-permits for Gir Jungle Safari and Devalia Safari Park are issued directly to eco-tourists and cannot be sold, resold, or booked on your behalf by any private travel agency. Tourists must register and book their own permits directly on the official state portal.

All safari bookings are governed by the Wildlife Protection Act (1972) and rules prescribed by the Gujarat Forest Department.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the applicable Devalia Safari booking terms. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed according to the conditions applicable to the confirmed booking.
2. Original Photo ID Requirement
Every visitor must carry the original identity document used during booking. Foreign visitors must carry their original passport. Entry may be denied if the required original identity document is not available.
3. Safari Route Allocation
Safari route and related visit information are provided according to the applicable permit and route-allocation process. Visitors cannot request a specific route.
4. Reporting & Boarding Policy
Visitors should report at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled safari time. Late reporting may result in cancellation of the e-Permit without refund according to the applicable booking conditions.
5. Vehicle Capacity & Visitor Limit
One e-Permit allows a maximum of 6 adults plus 1 child between 3 and 12 years for the applicable safari visit. Only registered visitors listed in the booking are permitted to travel.
6. Pricing & Additional Charges
The safari permit does not include applicable guide and safari vehicle charges. Final customer pricing may also depend on the selected vehicle, visitor category, booking date and service charges.
